Low Fat Cooking


Are you tired of of feeling unhealthy, find it hard to sleep, not enough energy, etc?
  Let's Face it; The diet you SHOULD eat 
to be in great shape, lose weight easily sleep like a baby and have more energy than the Energizer bunny is the diet provided by mother nature that we've been eating for millions of years before agriculture.
Our paleolithic ancestors didn't suffer from some of  our modern burdens like obesity, heart diseases  diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cancer and a host of other chronic conditions. They lived very natural healthy, fit and strong. Their food (meat, fish, fruits, vegetable, eggs, nuts and seeds) was simple, nutritious and non-toxic. Our bodies are made to eat and get nutrients form the same food as they did. Eating our modern grains, vegetable seed oils and sugar-laden food is whats damaging our healthy greatly. Now if  you're here, it's because you're smart and you're already making the right changes in our life  to achieve great health and well-being. What's more, the diet were supposed to eat is just about  the opposite of what every body eats.
                                     So let me ask you.....
